End of Belize - Week Three and Four

I am VERY belated in writing these next couple posts, but I want to get caught up, so I’ll do my best here.

In the last two weeks in Belize, we kept on digging until the very last second, and in the last couple of hours we found some really interesting things!! It just means that when they go back next year, they’ll have lots to look at!

Unfortunately in my group’s area, we didn’t find what we were looking for (a burial) but there were still many interesting artifacts, so not a loss in any way.

In the last two weeks, we also visited Xunantunich and Cahal Pech, two wonderful archaeological sites in Belize.

It was all in all, a wonderful trip, and definitely a place you should visit if you can.
